As per Wantagh School District procedures, a student is allowed to make up no more than 3 absences in EITHER car or lecture class.
More than 3 absences in either class (not combined) will result in the student failing the course. There are no "excused" absences. All absences MUST be made up.
If a student is injured for more than one car class, the student will be withdrawn from the driving portion of the course and rolled over to the next semester.
Make-ups are arranged directly with the instructor. If you are absent, you should speak with your instructor at the next class that you attend.
