How do I schedule a fingerprinting appointment?
Contact Indentogo by going to their website at https://www.identogo.com/locations to find a location or call (877) 472-6915. Once you enter the service code (which we will give to you), you have the ability to schedule an appointment.

What method of payment can I use for my application fee?
The fingerprinting fee must be paid on-site at the time of the fingerprinting appointment with check or money order. If you choose to pay with credit card it must be done on site to sign the authorization. No cash will be accepted.
What is the fee?
MorphoTrust charges a $13.50 fee.
It includes scheduling, printing and transmitting electronically.
DCJS fee is $75.00 and the FBI fee is $13.25.
Totaling $101.75.

Photos and identification
MorphoTrust will take a photograph at the time you are fingerprinted.
You must also have acceptable identification at the time.

How will I know where to go?
The applicant will be notified upon completion of the registration process. This prevents walk-ins.
