SEPTA Scholarships & Awards

Friend

Friend of SEPTA Award:

For Wantagh SEPTA Members Who are Parents and Family Members
Do you know someone who has made a difference in the life of your child?  Nominations will be accepted from parents and family members who are SEPTA members to nominate anyone across the district or a community member who contributes to their child’s educational or social experience.  SEPTA would like to recognize those individuals who positively impact our children’s education experience. Recipients may include teachers, aides, therapists, custodial/cafeteria/clerical staff, as well as community members. It is our goal to elicit nominations from parents representing each of the schools in our district. There are so many individuals who “go above and beyond” with our students; it is our hope to give special recognition to those individuals. Please submit only one nomination per family. The Friend of SEPTA Award Committee will review all nominations and select the award recipients.  Once the recipients are selected an invitation will be extended to the recipient, his/her principal or direct supervisor to receive this recognition at our SEPTA meeting.
